Primary Responsibilities :
• Source and onboard candidates actively looking for job opportunities in the US market.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates across various technologies and domains.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate profiles, skills, work authorization, and job
preferences.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure accurate documentation of their
profiles.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Team for candidate handovers and profile marketing activities.
• Ensure candidates provide all required information, including resumes, work authorization
details, preferred roles, salary expectations, and availability.
• Maintain daily reports on candidate sourcing, onboarding, and pipeline status.
• Track candidate engagement and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Update candidate information in ATS/CRM systems accurately.
• Meet weekly and monthly candidate onboarding targets.

Experience Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience in US Recruitment, Bench Recruitment, Candidate Sourcing, or Talent
Acquisition.
• Strong understanding of the US Staffing industry and job market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, and
other job portals.
• Knowledge of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, EAD, OPT, CPT, TN Visa, etc.).
• Strong negotiation and candidate relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
