Primary Responsibilities :
- Collect, label, and process patient samples accurately.
- Perform routine laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures.
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment.
- Record and report test results accurately and promptly.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory quality standards and safety protocols.
- Maintain laboratory records, documentation, and inventory.
- Monitor stock levels of laboratory consumables and reagents.
- Follow infection control and biomedical waste disposal guidelines.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for test-related requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory.
Experience Requirements:
Qualification
- DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology) or BMLT (Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Technology).
- Relevant certification or registration (if applicable) will be preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in a Diagnostic Laboratory, Hospital, or Healthcare Organization.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications may also be considered.
