Manager- US Tax

Qualification- professional qualification with min 5 years of US tax experience

 

You will be working from Pune office, leading a team with another Manager - with Tax team strength if 25-30.

Responsible for overall growth of the US tax department which includes below but not restricted to-

1. Handling and closing Upwork or otherwise Tax leads, writing proposals, taking calls, closing prospects.
2. On boarding new clients, ensure stability and deliveries
3. Working with team on better processes, deliveries, and continuing training and development of the department
4. Closing working with Management for nee growth areas, opportunities and working in budget and projections
5. Working closely with HR and recruiting me people, nee and better consultants and ensure team sustainability.
