Experience Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Physical Education, or a related field.
- Certification from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA) is highly preferred.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a fitness trainer or similar role, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in personal training or group fitness classes.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of various fitness techniques, exercise physiology, and nutrition.
- Ability to create personalized workout plans tailored to individual client needs and goals.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent communication and motivational skills to inspire clients and promote a positive training environment.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Customer Service:
- Strong customer service orientation to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Ability to address client concerns and provide support as needed.
Physical Fitness:
- Excellent physical condition and fitness level to demonstrate exercises and techniques effectively.
- Ability to participate in fitness classes and activities.

- Ability to work with diverse populations, including different age groups and fitness levels.
Professional Development:
