Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in front office operations or customer service, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Customer Service Orientation:

- Proficiency in front office software and Microsoft Office Suite.
