Experience Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or MBA in HRM is preferred.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of proven experience in human resource management.
- Experience in handling recruitment, employee relations, training, and development.
Leadership Skills:
- Strong leadership and managerial skills to effectively lead the HR department.
- Experience in implementing HR policies, procedures, and strategies.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
Employee Relations:
- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and managing grievances.
- Proficiency in managing employee benefits, compensation, and performance evaluations.
HR Systems Knowledge:
- Familiarity with HR software systems (HRIS) and payroll management systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
- Strong analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to assess and improve employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
Compliance and Legal:
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India.
- Ability to ensure the organization’s HR practices are in compliance with the law.
Training and Development:
- Experience in designing and conducting training programs for employee skill development.
- Managing talent development and succession planning.
Multitasking and Organizational Skills:
- Ability to manage multiple HR projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
